• 2 3/8″ O.D. x variable wall thickness round steel post
• Available in any length as per request
• Hot-dipped galvanized finish

U-Channel Metal Sign Posts

• Posts are manufactured as per FHWA and ATSSA standards
• Steel material conforms to ASTM A499, Grade 60
• All kinds of specification including 1.12lbs/ft, 2.00lbs/ft, 2.03lbs/ft, 2.08lbs/ft, 2.50lbs/ft ,3.00lbs/ft and more are available
• 3/8″ or 7/16″diameter holes on 1″ or 2″ centers, punched full-length
• Available in hot-dipped galvanized, powder coated or painted. Galvanized by hot dipping per ASTM A123
• Tapered ends are also available
• Available in any length as required
• Yield and tensile strength: 60,000-80,000 psi

Square Sign Posts 

• Posts are manufactured as per FHWA and ATSSA standard
• Steel material conforms to ASTM A1011, Grade 50. Yield strength after cold-forming is 60,000 psi
• Posts are manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel conforming to ASTM A653, G90 or G140. The posts are also coated with a chromate conversion coating and a clear organic polymer topcoat
• Punching with 7/16″ holes on 1″ centers on all four sides down the entire length of the post
• Five kinds of cross-sections including 1.50”X1.50″, 1.75″, 2.00″, 2.25″, and 2.50″X2.50″
• Available in 12 and 14-gauge thicknesses with all kinds of lengths according to your demand.
• Powder coated sign posts with all kinds of colors are also available
