Sandblast Stencils

Sandblast stencils play a crucial role in the printing industry for creating intricate designs on a substrate using sandblasting techniques. These stencils are made of a durable, rubber-like material that can withstand the harsh sandblasting process. The user applies the stencil to the substrate, and the areas not covered by the stencil become exposed to the sandblasting process, creating a textured surface with the design. Sandblast stencils come in various sizes and thicknesses, catering to different printing needs such as glass etching, stone engraving, and wood carving. Professionals in the printing industry widely use sandblast stencils due to their precision and accuracy. Businesses of all sizes can benefit from sandblast stencils as they provide a reliable solution for achieving professional results. If you’re looking for a sandblast stencil for your printing needs, we have a wide range of options available to choose from.

Style 117

Medium-tack version of Style #116, specially designed for pretreated and pre-painted surfaces. Excellent for soft woods without the risk of surface lift. Can also be used safely on glass, tile and pretreated urethane foam board. Trimmed edges allow smooth accurate tracking through computerized sign-making machines. A strong, clear film liner provides extra rigidity.

  • Sizes available: 15″ and 30″ widths.

Style 120

A multipurpose, medium-tack stencil designed for shape and depth carving in glass, and for pretreated, pre-painted or soft woods. Extremely easy to hand-cut. Dark blue release liner lifts away easily. Stencil holds securely during blasting, removes cleanly and easily when finished. No filers are required, saving time n application and cleanup. Style #120 can also be used on tile, pretreated urethane foam board and Plexiglass.

  • CAUTION: This stencil has a very aggressive adhesive and is not recommended for use on some woods without first testing a sample piece. Do not use on pre-pained, pretreated or glass surfaces.
  • Size available: 25″ width only.

Style 128

This 18-mil glass stencil is designed primarily for glass etching, but can also be used on wood, tile, acrylic, and pretreated urethane foam board. The paper liner removes easily. Style #128 is easily hand-cut and allows clear design detail. Has great blast resistance and can be easily pulled off without leaving residue on the glass. Also conforms and holds securely to curved and irregular surfaces.

A computer-cut version of our well-known #128 stencil. this 18-mil #130 can be run through tractor-feed or friction cutters. Can be used on glass, tile, acrylic and pretreated urethane foam boards. The 15″ and 30″ widths are hole-punched with the 1/2″ on center hole pattern and can be run on any computerized cutter that has 1/2″ on center style sprockets. The 30″ width will not run in large pin cutters. The 20″ width is un-punched and can be run on all friction feed cutters.

Style 153

Designed for use on friction-feed cutters, this product can be used safely on pretreated and pre-pained wood, urethane foam board, glass, tile and acrylics. Rubber is trimmed back 1/2″ along each edge so the wheels can clamp down on the 5-mil polyester film liner and carry the stencil through the computer. Since this type of plotter has no sprockets, holes are unnecessary (as in other computer stencils).
